This governance structure below positions Merit University to become a leading sustainable medical university, ensuring that sustainability is not a standalone function but an integrated institutional priority embedded in decision-making, operations, and culture.
2.1 University Leadership (Strategic Oversight)

- Approve sustainability strategy and policies
- Ensure alignment with Egypt Vision 2030 and SDGs
