“Third-year students at the Faculty of Medicine, Merit University, are undergoing their clinical training in the Internal Medicine Department at Sohag Teaching Hospital, as part of a training system aimed at developing practical skills and enhancing students’ readiness to deal with various medical conditions within teaching hospitals.

The training contributes to providing students with diverse field experiences through participating in patient follow-ups, training in clinical examination methods, and applying what they have studied academically in real-world settings. This supports the development of the physician’s professional character and enhances their scientific and practical competence.

This takes place under the supervision of the university and faculty administration, as well as under the supervision of Dr. Eman Abbas, from the Internal Medicine Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Merit University, within the framework of the faculty’s continuous commitment to providing an integrated educational experience that combines academic knowledge with effective practical training.”
