Merit University accepts students transferring from other universities, provided that the number of credit hours required to be transferred does not exceed 50% of the graduation requirements at Merit University.
Accordingly, the following documents must be submitted:
A grade statement showing the courses and grades obtained by the student, certified by the university and stamped with the Eagle seal by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Certified course descriptions (syllabi/content) for the courses the student has successfully completed.
Filling out the enrollment application form.
Original General Secondary Certificate or grade statement from the Educational Administration, authenticated with the Eagle stamp.
Original birth certificate with the triple number (for male students).
Copy of the ID card for the student and the guardian (for Egyptian students only).
Copy of the passport (for non-Egyptian students only).
6 personal photos (6x4).
Military Form No. 2 (for Egyptian male students only).
Military Form No. 6 or 7 (for Egyptian male students only).
