Second: Egyptian Al-Azhar Secondary Certificate

Original Al-Azhar Secondary Certificate or grade statement from the Al-Azhar Educational Administration, authenticated with the Eagle stamp.
Original birth certificate with the triple number (for male students).
Copy of the ID card for the student and the guardian (for Egyptian students only).
Copy of the passport (for non-Egyptian students only).
6 personal photos (6x4).
Military Form No. 2 (for Egyptian male students only).
Military Form No. 6 or 7 (for Egyptian male students only).
Note: In the event of discovering inaccuracies in the data provided by the student or contained in the submitted certificates, their nomination or enrollment in the university will be permanently cancelled, without prejudice to criminal prosecution. Additional documents may be requested to verify the authenticity of the documents submitted by the student. Any document that affects determining the validity of the student's admission based on their coordination score may be requested.

(Secondary certificate) certified by the issuing authority and authenticated by the Egyptian embassy in the country from which the student obtained the certificate.
A movement certificate proving the student's residence in the country where they obtained the certificate during the study period.
Original birth certificate with the triple number (for male students).

Copy of the passport (for non-Egyptian students only).

Note: The following documents must be submitted in addition to the aforementioned documents for students with certain Arab certificates:
Saudi Secondary Certificate: Submit the Aptitude Test certificate (Qudurat).
Bahraini Secondary Certificate: Submit a completion certificate for each of the three secondary grades, certified by the issuing authority and authenticated by the Egyptian embassy in the country from which the student obtained the certificate.
Yemeni Secondary Certificate: Submit the preparatory stage completion certificate (Grade 9) and the certificate for each of the three secondary grades, certified by the issuing authority and authenticated by the Egyptian embassy in the country from which the student obtained the certificate.

First: American Diploma
A complete and authenticated academic record for the years of study (12 academic years), or a certificate from the Ministry of Education stating that the certificate obtained by the student is equivalent to the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate and fulfills the requirements of pre-university education.
An authenticated GPA certificate – whether cumulative or for each grade separately. If obtained from different schools, each certificate must be authenticated by its accredited body.
STA 1 & STA 2, or ACT, or EST certificate(s).
Provide the username and password for printing the SAT or ACT.
All subjects must be One Credit, not half credits, and must be equivalent.
A statement from the General Administration of Private Education at the Ministry of Education approving the school(s) the student attended and from which they obtained the certificate.
An accreditation letter for the school(s) the student attended and from which they obtained the certificate, if the student obtained the certificate from outside Egypt, except for Washington.
An original movement certificate for the student if the certificate was studied outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Note:
The Secretariat of the Council of Private and National Universities may request any documents from all authorities concerned with the certificate, whether the Cultural Counselor of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the country from which the student obtained the certificate, the embassies of those countries, the AMIDEAST office in Cairo, or the Ministry of Education.
Any other papers may be requested to verify the authenticity of the aforementioned documents, and any document that affects determining the validity of the student's admission based on their coordination score.
Second: IGCSE or GCSE Certificate
A complete and authenticated academic record for the years of study (12 academic years), or a certificate from the Ministry of Education stating that the certificate obtained by the student is equivalent to the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate and fulfills the requirements of pre-university education.
An IGCSE certificate from a Board accredited within the Arab Republic of Egypt, fulfilling all attestations and authentications.
The IG certificate must be authenticated with the original gold stamp, as well as by the General Administration of Examinations and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Submit letters from the British Council to verify any part of the certificate.
An original movement certificate for the student if the certificate was studied outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
A name amendment letter from the British Council if required.
▪ The system must be (Extended), not (Core), and the ninth grade must be presented to determine the start of the IG certificate (June to June or November to November).
