Merit University participated in the International Defense Industries Exhibition (EDEX 2025) with a delegation of 100 students, with the support and coordination of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The aim was to provide students with the opportunity to learn about the latest global defense technologies and systems.
In this context, Professor Dr. Sawsan Morsi, President of the University, stated: “The participation of Merit University students comes within the framework of the university’s commitment to providing advanced educational experiences that are linked to practical realities and align with the Egyptian state’s vision of empowering youth.
We appreciate the support of the Ministries of Defense and Higher Education for this distinguished participation.” Professor Dr. Nabil Nour El-Din, Vice President of the University, also expressed his appreciation for this initiative, emphasizing: “The students’ participation in EDEX 2025 provides a unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of modern defense industries and broaden their knowledge horizons.”
