Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Sohag, received, Dr. Seddik Afifi,  Chairman of the Board of Trustees  of Merit University, in the framework of the Governorate’s interest in encouraging investment and developing education, to provide its services to the citizens and children of Sohag. During the meeting, the governor affirmed his support for all services and development projects, especially in the field of education, as well as upgrading the educational system. The meeting dealt with the diversification in providing medical educational services for the people and children of Sohag, especially with the opening of Merit University. In addition, there was a discussion of the mechanisms of civil society participation, represented by the Rotary Club “Saqqara”, which is headed by Dr. Seddik Afifi, in the presidential initiative “A decent life”.
