This system is concerned with all the administrative processes necessary for students, which are among the tasks of the Student Affairs Department at the university, where the student’s data is recorded on the system after joining the university, and follow-up during the years of study until graduation, as well as registering the regulations of the colleges, and the following is an explanation of what the system does in Student and University Service:
- Record basic student data.
- Register and manage the recruitment deferment process for students.
- Record student financial statements.
- Recording the study schedules for each semester.
- Academic registration of students (registration of academic courses).
- Manage the attendance and absence of students automatically by linking with fingerprint devices in all halls.
- Examination committees work (examination schedules – committees – seating numbers – observers).
- Control work and results.
The system also provides the student with the following services through the Internet application or the mobile application:
- Registering courses, selecting dates, and creating a study schedule in coordination with the academic advisor.
- View and print the semester schedule, exam schedule, and seat numbers for each course.
- Notifications to the student reminding him of the school schedule dates daily.
- Notices in the event of a student’s absence daily.
- View or print the academic plan that reflects the courses and remaining courses.
- Questionnaires for academic courses and faculty members.
- A survey of students’ opinion about the activities within the university.
- Inquire about tuition fees and print the payment authorization online.
- An email that can be used by users, whether students, faculty or administrative staff working on the system.
E-learning management system (LMS)

This system is concerned with all the processes related to the educational and academic process, and it is used by both students and faculty members, which contributes to achieving interactive learning, as well as completing educational tasks smoothly and easily without relying on traditional methods, which saves the greatest amount of time and effort, as the system provides the following characteristics: –
- Publication of lectures and practical lessons in the form of written files or presentations.
- A faculty member can create panel discussions for some or all of the students within the same course, to discuss specific topics and to conduct questionnaires to collect students’ opinions on a particular topic.
- Submit assignments through the submission links.
- Create a bank of questions in the light of what is provided by the course instructor.
- Create electronic tests Determine when the test starts, when it closes or ends, as well as the number of attempts allowed for students to perform the test, controlling whether or not to show students scores.
- Accurate measurement of levels of students who perform these tests.
Library Management System (KOHA )
- It is an integrated automated system for managing libraries and has all the basic features that libraries need: indexing – authority control – beneficiary management – lending.
- A dual-database system where it works on two database management systems, one of which is to manage relational databases and the other is a full-text retrieval system, which gives the system the ability to enter a very large number of data that reaches 10 million records, in addition to the possibilities of searching in records and modifying search entries.
Electronic Correction System (REMARK)
- Create different forms for the same test to prevent cheating among students.
- Create an identification barcode for each student.
- Accuracy and speed of correcting tests while avoiding human errors.
- Easy and quick extraction of all statistical reports and analyses.
- Export grades to the SIS Student Affairs System database automatically by linking to the SQL Server database.
Financial and Administrative Affairs Management System (ODOO)
It is an integrated system through which all the financial and administrative activities of the university are managed and includes:
- General accounts – cost accounts – purchases – stores – human resources.
- Salaries – Attendance and departure (the system is linked with fingerprint machines automatically).
