Merit University participated in the activities of the International Defense Industry Exhibition “EDEX 2025” with a delegation of 100 male and female students, supported and coordinated by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This initiative aimed to provide students with the opportunity to learn about the latest global defense technologies and systems.
In this context, Prof. Dr. Sawsan Morsi – President of the University – stated:
“The participation of Merit University students comes within the university’s commitment to providing advanced educational experiences linked to practical reality and aligned with the Egyptian state’s vision to empower youth. We highly appreciate the support of the Ministries of Defense and Higher Education for this distinguished participation.”
Prof. Dr. Nabil Nour El-Din – Vice President of the University – also expressed his appreciation for this initiative, affirming:
“Student participation in ‘IDEX 2025’ provides a unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of modern defense industries and expand their knowledge horizons.”
